The Siemens S7-1200 control system features a 7-inch full-color touch screen, which includes 10 standard procedures and 10 user-defined procedures. The cleaning program can be customized according to user needs, including parameters such as cycle phase, temperature, cleaning agent dosage, inlet water source, and other key process variables. Once a cleaning cycle begins, the programmed parameter values are locked and cannot be altered until the cycle is completed.
