Solid phase microextraction (SPME) enables solvent-free sample preparation. There are two types of SPME extractions: headspace analysis and direct immersion (DI). Agilent SPME Arrows and fibers can either be used in headspace analysis or by direct immersion in liquid analytes. Agilent supplies SPME Arrows and fibers in packs of three, and related accessories, including fiber holders and inlet guides.
